1. Definitions

Consumer:

Distance Contract:

These Terms apply to all purchases made through the MatVibe website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

4. Order Process

  • You will receive a confirmation email after checkout

5. Right of Withdrawal

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Must be in resellable condition

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • MatVibe reserves the right to correct pricing errors
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes

8. Product Quality & Warranty

All products are quality-checked before shipping.

Please note:

  • Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen differences
  • Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing or material

Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to water, heat, or improper cleaning
  • Pet damage or excessive force

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout
  • Delivery may take up to 30 business days, depending on location
  • Delays may occur due to logistics or high demand
  • If delivery fails, we may offer a replacement or refund

10. Payments

  • Full payment is required at checkout

11. Complaints & Customer Support

  • Report issues within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Our team aims to respond within 14 business days

Valid complaints may be resolved through:
